Hello,

Up untill now i've always been a happy man. My 1979 XS750 worked fine. But I came upon a broken spring that is quite important because it keeps my bike into a gear.

I tried to order it via an official Yamaha dealer but apparently it's not being made anymore.

Is there anyone who can help me with this. Where i can find this or maybe you have a spare one?

Thanks a lot got your help!

Niels

Hello Neils,

The part no. you are quoting is for the 850s 90508-10362.

For 750s should be 90508-10312, bad news both no.s are discontinued with no options for a replacement.

Try this lnk to NW Vintage in the USA they are showing they have 4 of the 750 springs, you should email them first as sometimes they are showing it and they cannot find the part, they take paypal.

Good luck, Paul.
