Doug

I love that bike. Can you ship it over?

I had that very same bike after I passed my bike test. Mine was in red. I loved that bike.

Man I am so jealous.

I really must see more pictures, videos and whatever. Can you send a smell in the post??

Nice bike, really nice bike.

Warren, can you believe i bought it for $250. Was not running, but 2 days later she was. #2 cylinder is cross threaded but a helicoil will fix that. She may end up as a track bike as they are popular with the vintage crowd over here. My mechanic has her at the moment, so later this week i may decide which direction i will take. Not ridden her yet, but feels a lot more nimble than Betsy. I will keep you up to date.

Track bike?

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh.

That bike has concourse resto written all over it. $250?

At that price I could afford to ship one over here.

There was one in similar condition on eBay for £1750. $3500 dollars?

Whatever you decide to do, enjoy it. Fantastic bike.

Loved mine.

Doug

The bike sounds amazing!!!! I sold mine in the end. I got £550 for it!! I could have sold it 3 times over so many people where interested.

The only reason I sold it was a bargain fj1200 that came my way for £150.
Man that bike is so fast. I still loved the Gpz while I had it recently. Maybe I'll try and get a larger engined one at a later date.

Hope you are all well.

Warren

Hi Warren, all is well at this side of the pond. Jake working yet ? I hope the economy is not affecting you too bad. Weather is starting to improve so i started both bikes. The XS is still good.  FJ1200 is a great sport tourer, i have a friend with one, looks like it just came out of the crate. All factory labels totally legible. I know you will love it. From what i have learned the bigger GPz is rather top heavy compared to the 550, so i will stick to the junior variety.      Be good, if you can't, be careful, Doug
